• All items are carefully wrapped and hand packed for safe and secure travel.
• All orders are covered for loss or damage
• Items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on package size and weight
• Orders typically ship in 1-2 business days unless a problem arises with processing the order, such as incorrect shipping address.
• Orders paid by e-check will be delayed until the check clears.
• Balvanz Enterprises reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain countries.
• Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping address will be refunded minus the shipping cost.

Return Policy

• All items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date.  Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs.
